One-on-One Coaching

She uses the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, coupled with cognitive behavioral science and her expertise behind motivation, resistance, and resilience, to transform roadblocks for select clients, alleviate mental and physical exhaustion, and partner to achieve client driven goals.
